Too many penalties, not sure if it was sloppy play or tight refs, would have been a blowout otherwise.

This was a borefest for me but a good win. These division games were much better in the 90’s.

Real rivals are outside of the division.

Although I don't feel like we played a great game, I do want to give a shout out to the Run game. That was an awesome job

A win is a win but it wasn’t exactly inspiring. Defense played well after a ****ty opening quarter. Offense played well in the second half. But the team still has not put together a complete 4 quarters on both sides of the ball which is concerning with us staring down December. I honestly don’t think this is a contender in the least. At least not with what we’ve seen so far. I’d love for them to prove me wrong in a month, though.
IMO, on paper, they've got the pieces to be a contender and even win a Super Bowl, but they're not playing at the level they should be capable of. Kinda feels like the Celtics right now but not quite as bad - they've got enough talent but aren't executing. Which is frustrating since we are kind of accustomed to watching them do more with less, not do less with more.

Brady lost another yard at the end of the game. Down to 995 for his career.

he’s
When you can decisively win a division road game without major injury, you've had a good day
Michel and JE were close calls

Crappy first half, decisively better second half.

The only way this team will have a shot in the postseason is if the offense can be more often than not as consistent as they were for the most part in the second half. The defense will give up some and stop some against any opponent good or bad. It is what it is.

But to be a championship team the offense needs to get more consistent. Michel is the key to it all.

Gronk looked more like himself, Edelman is getting more comfortable and the OL (with Mason) is creating good holes for Michel.

On the flipside Clayborn keeps getting to far upfield. One of the two McCown runs came on that. The other one was when two Pats defenders took each other out inside.

Win, no injures, moving on.

OT: these sweatshirts teams are wearing are dumb! Gotham City and now seeing Bold City on Jax coaches. What exactly is bold about Jacksonville Fl? Place is a dump. You know your town is **** when bold is the best thing they could come up with.

Rant over now...

It is worth mentioning that we narrowly beat the Jets in both matchups during the 2014 SB year. Jets went 4-12 that year.

Thanks. I swear it's like people think in our SB seasons that every game was a cakewalk or something. We had some rough games against low tier teams in those days too.

I hate the Jets so whenever we beat them is good. We're now 8-3 and their 3-8.

Another division title is getting closer. We can play better but a win is a win and I'll take a division win on the road any day.

Let's discuss!!!
Thanks for all u do Ashley!!!

I kind of miss really hating the Jets. They seem really far behind in terms of talent and their fans have given up on them. I don't even get trolled by the Jets fans I know anymore. More importantly though, nice to get the W and for everyone to emerge relatively unscathed after some scary injury moments.

Good win, shoulda been a blowout but its hard to overcome another nfl team + the refs.

Run game dominated , 200 yard day. When michel and the ol have been healthy the results have been there, with allen to hopefully return soon.

Defense coulda been better given the opponent, but ill take 13 pa anyday especially when the field is tilted by the officials.

St continues to be uneasy a bit but a little better today from allen aside from the touchback on the first drive and 20 yard net. He had a couple nice sideline punts that went 40+ yard and oob, ill take that anyday considering how poor the coverage has been. Ghost is severely under appreciated.

Gronk Edelman and Gordon all looked good today, great sign.

The Celtics are really pissing me off

Red Zone issues need to be cleaned up. The Pats should have hung 40 points on this Jets team. I'll chalk today's game up as a tough divisional game. I expect a much better performance at home next week against Minn.
