You weren’t alone. That was really warp speed. Thats a good sign they could go hurry up. They are soooo effective when they can change the speed of the drives.
My guess? Probably a combination of needing to get Gordon up to speed plus Gronk being slowed with his ankle. Gronk out + a more well-learned Gordon = pedal to the metal.
I don’t think it’s hyperbole to say that he isn’t (1) extremely valuable (2) one of the top players in the League. It SOUNDS crazy, as he is/was considered a third down back. But closer examination shows something else. He is gold.
