These two games represent the range of over/unders this week. Is it just me, or is this higher than the last couple seasons by a couple-three points?

Seems higher to me, though I have no factual statistics to back that up.

If I recall correctly the low end in the past was typically somewhere in the high thirties, and totals in the fifties were a rarity.

It does seem very odd, doesn't it? Neither team has a winning record.

CBS doesn't have much to choose from this week, but even so I would have thought they would put Nantz & Romo on either the Ravens-Panthers (4-3 vs 4-2) or Broncos-Chiefs (3-4 vs 6-1) game.

No way their top broadcast crew should be covering a j-e-t-s jets jets jets game.
