There was a segment on SNF a few years ago (think it was 2014) where it stated that he goes to bed at 8 PM (aside from, well, night games). Anyone recall that?

Arm strength and mental prowess aside, I think what makes Tom the best is the raw commitment to his routines. This is more or less confirming what we all know, but it's amazing to see just how committed he is to the process.

I went to bed at 9:15 last night and woke up at 6am and I feel fantastic

I don’t know people live sleeping 4-5 hours a night
This is an area where I 100% agree with Tom.

I think his pajamas angle is BS but getting consistent, solid REM sleep is critical to your health.

I work an early first shift, 4 in the morning till 1 PM. In bed between four and five. Need at least eight, sometimes nine hours' sleep.

I'm a pretty strict 1030pm- 5am person. Between 7-8hrs sleep works well for me.

The problem with these Sunday/Monday night Pats games and Sox playoffs is I go to bed all worked up and I'm not falling asleep until an hr sometimes an 1.5hrs later.

The BB press conferences help.

I usually take a half day on the days after a night game to sleep in. On most days, I go to bed anywhere from 9-10:30 and wake up at 5. On long days where I wake up at 4 to go to the gym, I’m strictly in bed at 9 and no later.

I'm up before 6 no matter what. Don't even need an alarm.

I’ll get there one day but I’m 32 now and the time I can wake up without an alarm is no later than 8:00. My dad just retired and still wakes up at 4:00 every day. Watches Fox News first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee and gets upset.

My mom is the same way. Bed at midnight. Up at 430. My old man still sleeps till 730. Lucky bastard.

Some smart mattress company should offer Brady an endorsement deal. And maybe some company should come up with special pajamas that Brady can endorse.

I get by with 6-7 hours of sleep. I can't sleep past 7AM no matter what time I go to bed. I try to get into bed by 10PM....but usually fall asleep around midnight depending on how interesting my Netflix movie is...
