Since HFA is considered to be worth -3, that means that the bookies consider the Pats to be 10 point favorites; if the game were at Gillette, the line would be Pats (-13).

I think the Patriots are an easy pick on that line considering they've won each of their first 3 games by at least 24 points, Cincinnati's defense is pathetic and the Patriots defense has a decent shot of containing the Bengals offense. 38-14 sounds about right.
