First of all, Jets suck. Second, that is the avg time it takes to line up.

I'm ok with the 10 second runoff. I'm not ok with them starting the clock again. Either start the clock again or give a 10 second runoff. Not both.

This is what I meant. It felt like a double penalty. But it's the Jets so I won't complain too much.
