Nope. Look at the schedule. A lot easier in the 2nd half when hogan was out. Overall record of teams we played first half was 65-63. Houston’s 4-12 record is included but we also played them with Watson starting at qb. If he doesn’t get hurt Houston’s record is better than the 4-12 it ended up.

I agree with that, I just disagree that the amount of receivers on their current roster acquired via trade relative to other teams in the league is significant, and he seemed upset about it. There is a failure to develop young WRs. I would also bet they are also in the bottom 10 teams in terms of drafting them, especially the top 4 rounds. Bedard is correct that they have not developed from within at the position. I know you are a fan of his, I like him as well, I think he's fair and even handed. Today he was just sort of on one. For the record, it is Felger and Mazz that I was calling idiots, not Bedard, he's the only reason I listened to the spot.

Im pretty sure he is on record as saying that he never played a game before 2017 where he wasn't on drugs/alcohol. So he pretty much put up one of the most impressive seasons for a WR wasted.

Thy could make that a separate HOF category, I suppose. But then, Gordon would be up against pretty much everyone who played for the Raiders between the late 60s and early 80s.
