Cannon and Michel back at practice.

That had a lot more to do w the players on the OL & why they ran that.

Last thing I'm worried about considering we drafted Wynn & Sony in the 1st.

Hopefully you're right. Would love to see him jump in there without missing a beat.

Great news!

Sony has also ran plenty of "Power" at UG as well.

Not saying what "scheme" you doesn't effect the RB but it has more to do about the 5 guys on the OL than RB.

In terms of translation RB is the easiest position in the NFL by far.

As each day passes I’m getting more and more happy that this happened so I could grab Michel a few rounds later than he should’ve gone in Fantasy.

I have to believe that the Patriots did a deep dive into Michel's knee. Belichick is friends with the Georgia head coach. There is no way they would have drafted him if they thought the knee was not good to go.
That's my feeling, too. It's hard for me to believe BB would draft a guy in the first round without doing his homework.

I've been thinking about that too... but damn man, Patriots running backs are one of the most frustrating fantasy choices you can make, because it's almost impossible to predict who's getting the touches week to week.

i tend to avoid RBs like Michel in fantasy except as depth guys to play during a bye week, Patriots spread it around too much, plus hes an injured rookie behind some solid vets like James White and Burkhead.. but i did draft James White in round 11 or so

I grabbed both white and Michel a few rounds later for depth purposes. In PPR white is a solid 7-10 pts on receptions and yards and I want to believe Michel takes the role of the feature back as the season goes on.

Oh nice, yea for PPR White and Michel's value go up a lot, I'm in a standard scoring keeper league

3 keepers this year;
Alvin Kamara
OBJ
Melvin Gordon

Nice keepers.

In a dynasty league (get to keep2) drafted David Johnson and Michael Thomas as rookies a few years back as keepers and then built around them with Dalvin Cook, Aj green, and Zach ertz rounds 1-3

Michel is not 100 percent. If he ever gets to 100 percent, then he will be electric in our offense.

Cannon is a waste of a uniform. He spends more time in the trainers table than anybody not named crable,

Over the past six seasons, Cannon has missed 16 game due to injury. Rowe has missed 15 games to injury over the past two seasons alone.

It's really amazing what five minutes of research on pro-football-reference can do to correct our assumptions.

Dom Easley and Malcolm Mitchell are waving at you right now.

*And this is coming from someone that loves Michel's game.

He said first round.

Easley still fits, though I would say they did their homework, they just took the risk because the potential was hard to pass up. Didn't work out.

I’m sure the medical staff did their homework but, as has been the case with our medical staff, they seemed to be doing Algebra when the assignment was Calculus.
