To me, over 5 years he's probably worth 60M max (and that's adding a little bit to adjust for the cap going up over the duration). I don't think he deserves superstar money for being a consistent yet unspectacular WR1.
Try $80 million.
Insane...

Definitely very similar to how Brandon Lloyd came and went, except there was a much better payoff from Cooks.Wow. He was fun to watch at times, but I was happy we got a 1st for him. Crazy money.
I’m slamming the Rams betting under. They are this years off season champ turned chump. If you count this year's salary the average is just under 15 but if you just count the new money the average is 16M. Wow.
Happy for Cooks but I think the Rams are going to regret this.

I was just saying the same thing the other day. A friend was talking them up but I said it's the Rams they'll probably wind up 7-9. That franchise doesn't know how to put back to back seasons together.I’m slamming the Rams betting under. They are this years off season champ turned chump.
Really good player, but not nearly good enough for that (though gimme Cooks for that amount over Watkins for same money...). How does Gronk make half that positions be damned?
16m for cooks, god damn.
That being said, if he continues to develop like he is doing (He's like 24 right?) and the way the WR currently is, he will be a bargain by the end of his deal.
If the league doesn't end when the inevitable 2020CBA holdout happens
