I’m just not fully convinced that Belichick is going to cut Jordan Richards. While I’d love to see an upgrade there, I’m wondering if his talent evaluation is different than what we believe, as fans.

I’m fine with them keeping him for his ST value. It’s when he’s getting snaps on defense that he’s a problem.

RJF, like Chris Long last year, has opted out of re-signing with the Pats. Wants to play in a different scheme.
RJF “opted out” because he wasn’t offered an opt in.
When you can’t find a job you don’t opt out of a team wants you. He will likely never play again.

Neither am I .

I'm been saying The Lord's Prayer every day in the hopes he is cut

Learn something new every day, thought the max a team could receive was 3 Comp pix, but today I learn they can receive 4...

Solder and Butler should give us two thirds..

I think Richards is safe as long as this team runs big nickel a lot because he's the only backup.

Please sign Vaccaro, Bill. Please. Or Reid but I don't think his body will hold up.

Vaccaro’s body may not hold up either. Richards’ position probably could have been improved upon in the draft with someone with the athleticism to actually handle responsibilities on defense, though. It wasn’t. So unfortunately it looks like it may be another year of terrible angles, missed tackles, and not enough speed to get east to west to prevent long runs on pitches and counters.

12 potential 2019 draft picks creates 3 desirable options:
1) Ammo to trade for current NFL players in pre and regular season...a BB favorite.
2) The ability to continue their annuity program (moving picks into future drafts / upgrade) without diminishing their current year haul.
3) Ammo to trade up and secure desired targets with minimal disruption.
BB has NE in a great position going forward. And of course....BB will purposely turn the Jimmy Perfect G draft pick into a bounty of future picks just to flex his alpha dominance

Also with such a loaded roster among OL and WR I think they can pick up additional 2019 picks at cut down time. .

Other teams value the rejects from the Josh and Dante prep school.
