I would talk about 4 units tonight. And I would slot the coaching unit very low among the 4
1.Offense
2. Special teams
3 (tie)Coaching/Defense
Fair.

They are really well coached. But phillys offense has so muchhhhhhh talent everywhere. To me the pats didn’t have much talent on the front 7 on their defense this year. They got pushed around quite a bit this year more than we’re accustomed to.despite what the stars may say the defenses in 2014 2015 and 2016 were better defenses
We ended up with the ball at like the 35 when they didThis defense was so bad that i don't remember the eagles punting.
Alan Branch essentially checking out for the entire season really was one of the biggest hits apart from Hightower's injury. Brown/Branch at peak shape would have been a great combo.
You must have been taking a leak when Philly punted. Pats never didThis defense was so bad that i don't remember the eagles punting.
Which lead to Jordan Richards getting more playing timeChung covered Nelson A. - essentially CB3 much of time.
If not for the strip they win this game.
These things happen. If it always comes down to an end of game drive - eventually you get bitYeah, this is probably true. Worth noting is that, had Brady gotten that ball out, his intended receiver was wide open for a play that probably would have hit for 20 or 30 yards. But shoulda, woulda, coulda
Good God, did you watch the game? He was invisible, unless you count he TDs he gave up. One of the best safeties in the league would have at least made one play.
Which lead to Jordan Richards getting more playing time
I love the pissing matches between the pansies and REAL pats fans..
Philly won because the Patriots linebackers and lower end DBs couldn't keep up with mediocre opponents. As (I think) Primetime observed, we can probably lay at least some of that off on the coaching. No Butler = all other players having to play above their slot, when most of them were probably already playing at least 1 slot too high*.
*Again, I make no judgment about that call at this time, beyond the obvious on-field issues that resulted.
LMFAO. The guy who brought up autism and compared the regular season benching of Jonas Gray to the benching of Butler, but only on defense, for the entire superbowl is calling my argument absurd. Keep digging buddy, there's gotta be a clue down there somewhere.Nothing BB did was out of character. So your entire argument is totally absurd.
Teams ran against us all year. Had a bad feeling it would do ya in eventually. Philly had too much talent. This wasn’t the jags o line we were facing. Talent up and down that philly offense. Maybe things would’ve been different if we jumped out to a lead. I thought they could move the ball but I didn’t expect 41 points.
How’d you bet the game tonight?
Jeffery didn’t have 100 yards so he must be a bum right? The guy can play and has always had a lot of talent. He caught 9TDs agolohr was nice for them this year. Ertz was a top 3 tight end this year. Ajayi got traded, so what. Wayne Gretzky got traded too. Good players get traded. You’re arguments on this are weak in my opinionDo they? Jeffrey didn't have 100 yards in any game this year after being frustratingly inconsistent his whole career, Agholor was on the verge of being cut this off-season, Torrey Smith is a one note player who hasn't even hit that note in years, Jay Ajayi wasn't wanted by the Dolphins, Clement is a UDFA, and we know Blount's foibles. Ertz is good but a step below Kelce, let alone Gronk.
The offensive line is certainly exceptional but otherwise this isn't the 2007 Patriots.
The Oline did a great job all game, until the last 2 drives. It’s like they gave up. Mason, who played great all game, will go down as the GOAT of this game. Choked when he was needed most. That strip sack was inexcusable. It was the play of the game. I was praying all game, the Pat’s D would get one of those, ONE stop, ONE fumble recovery, ONE sack. The oline did ok.....I think the entire offense thought they had it in the bag.....
Honestly this CB / secondary really played to its absolute limit for each slot. Ergo, when you shift Butler out and end up with Chung on Nelson A. - it's a domino effect that's immediately noticeable. They could not bail out that front seven as they've done all season.
