They played BETTER and closer to their ceiling than the offense did with the GOAT QB in an offensive era vs the "27th ranked" Giants D. So, the Pats allowing 35 yards more per game than the Giants, signifies ONLy the Pats D is "historically" bad even though the Pats D led the conference in turnovers created.
You can't led the conference in a defensive category and be "historically bad". That's impssible.
I can rattle off dozens upon dozens of defenses every year, going back 60 years, showing you actual BAD defenses. Bad defenses also don't win conference championship games when their own offense sucks.
Are you Tony Mazz, Felger, etc, or just someone else who doesn't understand the sport?
Comical stuff here.
Felger also tells us the cap doesn't matter, yet 75% of the league in in a cap hell with a 20+ mil pe year QB that is nowhere NEAR that value in the market, so you tell me you want to side with here.
I would suggest putting the Brady footie pajamas into the washing machine.
PS Keep in mind, the anti-BB media has been pushing "historically bad" this year, too, but are they?
LOL
Keep showing us why you don't understand the sport as well as others.
