Maybe the official credentials? I was trying to identify the badge on his jacket, think it was the NFL shield. He'd be a good choice to hand out the lanyard and badge as I'd expect he probably knows pretty much everybody getting off the team plane.

The Audio Quality on Patriots.com is horrendous. You can't hear any of the questions being asked. The Commentary is so unnecessary too. Just keep switching between players and Bill being interviewed.
