Now, I get the rest of the country... and even Connecticut, since the lower half is all Giants fans.

But Vermont?!??! You traitorous bastards. I am done with your cheeses and your syrups.

Eh, half of Connecticut is part of the NY shythole. Half of Vermont is part of upstate NY. There are only 12 people in N. Dakota, so it's like winning Dixville Notch in the Presidential primary.

The rest of the country live in one state. A state of jealousy.

Why not Louisiana? (I thought Saints fans had our backs.) And why would New York/DC/Texas want the rival Eagles to win? WHY THE F*CK WOULD MINNESOTA WANT THE EAGLES TO WIN??? Screw them. SCREW THEM ALL!:mad::mad:

Carson Wentz is an NDSU guy and Eagles games are what play in that market because of it. This makes no sense.

People in MN are really mad at the classless Eagles fans and most of them are rooting Patriots because of it.

My kid is in Minneapolis and most almost all of his Vikings friends and their families are pulling for the Pats. The sense he gets walking around the city is that there is a ton of anger towards how the Vikes were treated in Philly.

I live in Minneapolis. That's exactly how they feel.

I live in Canada and do some work in North Dakota (oilfield). I sport my Patriots gear every now and then and I can assure you that people in North Dakota do not like the patriots. And like another poster said, Wentz is a NDSU guy so people worship him down there.

I find it odd that ND is leaning Pats when Wentz grew up and went to college there. Like others, I am also surprised VT is going for the Eagles.

It amuses me that many Eagles fan think this actually matters and can affect the result of the game. Patriots have been The Dark Side now for about 15 years.

I dunno when the flip happened, but I used to only pay lip service to the idea of enjoying how much we're hated. Now I really do enjoy it. It's just so clear at this point that it's all driven by jealousy and pettiness, and living in California I'm certainly surrounded by it, and now I don't even bother getting defensive or anything. I just call people on it and laugh at them. **** em all.
