Well it depends actually ... if they are going to win that could be good also as we get the following year's Sacramento or Philadelphia picks. a year between top of the heap picks may be okay.

I think Ball was a great pick for them - I see him helping them.
Possible they are low lottery and jump up but I'm not seeing them as a top 5 worse team in the league.

I think Ball and Tatum will be better then Fultz.

So Ainge gets the player he wants in Tatum and quite possibly might have received Kyrie for free if Lakers pick is 2-5.

I think Ainge made a great move here and I see us using the Kings 2019 pick from the draft day deal.

Also in 2019 we get Grizzlies top 8 protected and Clippers top 14 protected ... will be interesting.

I think Ainge made a great move here and I see us using the Kings 2019 pick from the draft day deal.

Ainge is loaded up for 2019 which will be fine - the draft day trade will prove to be very good.
Right now without the draft day trade we would own the Nets pick which pre lottery would be #11.

The Lakers pre ping pong balls are in the 5th draft slot at 11-22.
There are 4 teams at 12-22 so the order is likely to be all over the place before lottery ball day.
