With their win yesterday, our Patriots have had 17 non losing seasons and are now 3 seasons away from tying and 4 seasons away from breaking the 20 consective non losing seasons set by Dallas. If Tom Brady can continue a little longer and this team doesn't regress suddenly, we should be able to pass this record which is a record we will hold a LONG time due to parody.

Think we can do it?

It would be a difficult record to parody, not sure how to even try.

They also have won like 13 straight on the road, that's got to be cloe to a record.

Fix your post. It's parity, not parody.

How do you know the post wasn't mocking the idea of parity . :) (Sorry, someone had to make that joke.)

Who were the other teams? I heard they passed the 17 of the Browns. (I assume of the '50s or something.)

Seems like the Pats, Brady and BB breaking some kinda big record almost every week. That's what happens when you reach legendary status.

the cowboys actually have 21 consecutive non-losing seasons (they were 7-7 in 1965, the beginning of the streak), and 20 consecutive winning seasons.
.

It's hilarious. The sustained success in the salary cap era is not only unmatched, there isn't anything close to it. Not at all. Records that were set in the pre-sc era are being broken in a time that is designed to prevent such unmitigated domination.

lol, bet ya the boys didn't do it w/ one QB...

"Hey Tommy, this guy must have missed 2008!"
[death glare]
"Umm...not that there's anything wrong with missing 2008..."
