Game Day Thread Official Game Day Thread- Week 2 Pats @ Saints

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Pass Rush has been pretty lacking... Secondary has improved a lot

We're all killing Solder and rightfully so but Cameron Jordan is their best defensive player.

This is going to be a shootout...hope everyone took the over

Special teams could be a lot better. Saints starting off at the 30

We paid 70 million for that....

Drew Brees doing Drew Brees things.

Man we suck stopping big plays down field

Did he have 2 feet down on that catch? Looked like 1.

65 million gets you a 33 yard completions.

That seems like a call a lot of coaches would have made....no offense to Payton....he is a great coach

I think he is doing great.

Also can we take a moment to give Sean Payton props on that call to try to get a jump on 4th and 3 as opposed to taking the 3? I think that was an incredibly smart play.

Basically a 95% chance to make a FG from that spot so you take a 5% chance to lose 3 points for probably higher than that to get more. A very BB like move considering how he can't depend on his D here.

I totally called that Philly upset, it's only fitting to have a let down at home.

They blew their wad last week. Got nothing today

Romo should definitely replace Collinsworth as a commentator for SNF.

Hmmm,

Maybe worth of a challange. Props to Brees for speeding up

PS - Where are the refs to slow them down when we need it?

Wise making plays! Nice to have him back. I can not imagine how hard it is to throw with 1 leg.

Damn. Wise is playing beyond his years.
