Official Post Game Thread - Chiefs at Patriots

I loved it in the game thread when DA dropped a pass over the middle and people were chastising Brady for trying to kill him. When Jules drops that ball, everyone talks about all his drops. I say that not to criticize DA (drops happen), but to point out how people take what Edelman does for granted, as if it is easy.

I think KC could give Oakland a run for its money in the division if their offense was a little improve.
Well the offense did do a job on one of the most consistent D's Ive seen in NE, they might be good

Whoa!

Not good to be hearing players saying stuff like that about the team, especially with TB12's comments about team attitude.

Isn't that a little concerning though? Don't you want guys to be in the same page? Let's hope these guys have the same championship attitude.

Brady can talk about all the mistakes but he was one of the worst out there on offense, anyone who think's he wasn't horrible tonight is deluding themselves, it was airball city.

44.4% completion percentage is horrendous.

Any thoughts on the refs in this game? I thought they let the chiefs get away with some stuff.
They did, but that's not even approaching the real reasons why NE was outclassed tonight. NE played poorly in all phases of the game for reasons they could and, unfortunately, could not control all at once.

Since 2001 weve started 0-1 3 times. All 3 years we won the super bowl. The only plus.

Well also cooks and white - and gilmore aside of one play

That doesn't change the fact that Alex freaking Smith just torched this D.
That guy is way lower echelon. Inexcusable on opening night, in your house.
Hey I know your mad, our D makes Colin Kaepernick look like Leonardo DaVinci
But Alex is actually a better than average QB and manager and if SF had not switch him for Colin Kaepernick, they would have won the SB, hes good. Im sorry it happened in your house... that hurts
But dont hate Alex Smith, hes a good QB good guy, and still no one believes in him. He played his best and who can fault him for that.
We are so sorry you lost, NO is a fan of NE..dont worry you have BB and you play us next game lol. Though I hope you lose Im sure our D will show up and Cooks will cook us
BB will fix the D this week im sure and kick our but, but I guess we can all drink after lol

BB's mad scientist approach has often paid great dividends. It also leaves the team vulnerable in the first month. History, and the team's record under him, makes that obvious to anyone who follows the team.

KC probably won't score 42 points in a game the rest of the year. Alex Smith is Alex Smith - nothing more. And Eric Berry being lost for the year is a disaster.

Yup most likely which irks me to no end and i hope these guys are even more ticked and embarrassed by it

I've followed the team for over 30 years. That doesn't mean **** if you can't see what's happening in front of you now.

I wouldn't underestimate KC so early. They did for us in 2009, let's wait and watch. I think there WR core is damn good and at RB.

We have had some awful games in the first quarter of the season.

Yes but nobody was able to get separation. How many completions did he miss to wide open wrs?
