Game Day Thread Official Game Day Thread- Week 1 Chiefs @ Pats

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Kind of hard to turn and catch the ball when you only have one arm.

Look....jeez....what a hold.

Both the Chiefs offense and defense are grabbing non-stop. And getting away with it.

Falcons did this in the SB on defense.

T. Brady 9/17 131

Cue the Garoppolo threads!

BTW- Allen is one hell of a blocker for a TE

Pet peeve - Hightower on that option play should have PLANTED Smith. Do that a few times and you wouldn't have to worry about the friggin option play. When he just lets him pitch it them its a waste. Also the faster you make the QB commit the quicker the defense can react to the play
Yeah, but then the backup 1st rndr comes in and starts chucking it up everywhere. Least the chef's fans think it would be good for them. .

20 rushes to 17 pass attempts so far... interesting but I like but i do like the balance

The new Thor movie looks like an acid hit from 1978 but still pretty awesome.

Just thought of the "Heavy Metal" South Park episode.

As many yards as this offense has accumulated this first half, it's pretty clear to me that its really a work in progress. Josh is like the food scientist who is mixing and matching on a trial and error basis. SOmethings good and somethings not so much

Two inaccurate throws by Brady in a row. No way Hogan could have caught it and on the Cooks pass he put it in a pretty contested spot.

Agreed on the Hogan throw. Cooks should have caught it (not easily, but should have made the play IMO).

brady is off tonight no doubt about it

Because we are ****ing stacked on offense and he doesnt need to go wire to wire ?
It would be wise to give him something of a snap count. Allen is serviceable and they don't even need to use a TE in many sets, or could use Develin or Fleming, even.

Good job Marsh!!

I like Vinovich, his crew lets a lot go, but sometimes it can be annoying when you want a call.

Marsh looks like a straight up savage

Nice tackle there too
