I was there too. If you like a load of Germans marching up and down the streets outside the Munich beer gardens chanting "Deutschland! Deutschland!" ... Didn't do too much for me, I've got to admit ...
We were in Berlin 2014 n the World Cup. Even when Germany wasn't playing, they're were TV's everywhere. Later, we were in a Hotel in Stockholm, n in the lobby area a game was going on. Everybody..n I mean EVERYBODY was watching it

Sorry, I can't have a Bayern fan moaning about refereeing....

Looking forwards to the game and it will be hugely interesting to watch unfold.

Zidane has managed to show himself off as quite the strategist so far and Madrid look very controlled and assured under him. No gung ho stuff, instead it's measured, controlled, incisive. And they are lethal on the counter.

But then they're up against a team who are as good defensively as I've seen since the great Milan team of the early 90's. Juve are magnificent when it comes to shape, solidity and co-ordination.

The game for me, will be won and lost on how well Juve can keep the ball and threaten the Madrid backline. Surely if they can hold a certain Barcelona trio scoreless, then keeping out Ronaldo, Benzema and Bale should be extremely doable, right?

Bale may not even play and even if he does, it could be subtraction by addition. They are in good form and he might mess things up a little bit. He's barely played. I kind of hope he plays, but even so, he brings things to the table with Ronaldo being a different player then he was in his prime. Juve can absolutely keep Real Madrid from scoring. And let's not forget juve also has one of the best attacking units in Europe. Reals defending can be shaky, especially early in games. I just think it's Juves year. They've looked like the best team to me for quite some time.

Madrid is winning. Juve got the easier path and although a very good team, it is below RMadrid.

2x1 Real Madrid.

I loved Zidane as a player. I'm pleasantly surprised how he's managed Real

2x1 Real Madrid.

Lol you comtinue to be wrong about Juve

"Italian football is in a bad state compared to other ones. Although Juve is the best one, I don't see them being better than Real, Barça, Man C, Bayern... They more in the Borussia level IMO"

Thats a quote by you in March.

Just not sure how anyone who watched these teams form all year, even at that point in the season, could conclude that man city or barca was better than Juve. Bayern maybe. Juve disposed of Barca just as I knew they would, as did many others

I mean, I'm not wrong. Specially about the state of the football in Italy.

Plus, they've been beaten a lower tier compared to Real Madrid and the other ones, but we'll see, crazier things have happen

As if the other leagues are so good? The premier league really wasnt that good this year. "Theyve been beaten a lower tier team compared to Real Madrid and the other ones" not sure what you mean there Jay. All I can say is Im not sure how much of Juve you have seen this year, but if you couldnt tell in March that this team was a top 2-3 club in the world thats one thing, But if you cant see now than Im just not sure what your looking at. They shutdown everybody they play. They clean sheeted Barca in consecutive matches. Whens the last time Real even clean sheeted them. I think Monaco scored the most goals in Europe this year, or close too it, and it took until late in the second half of the second leg to net one.

I mean the state of Italian football is kind of irrelevant when Juve has dominated the European competition this year. La liga isnt much to brag about either, not much defending in that league.

The game is a pickem for a reason

I guess Germany beating England in the semi Finals didn't have anything to do with that. Just kidding.

I grew up watching baseball and football so soccer had no meaning to me at the time. To me it was a neutral guy watching the power of a team winning a championship literally take over an entire country. It was amazing.

I heard more "We are the champions" from Queen sung than anything else.

Real have really got the "rub of the green" from officials all year. Ronaldo has proven to be deadly in front of goal this year. Asenzio (sic) looks promising from the bench. But Juve are incredible at the back and gave weapons themselves up front. 1 0 hopefully.

Madrid 2-1 late goals from Sergio Ramos who as an impressive resume of scoring important goals in critical games for a defender, and of course Ronaldo!!

Ronaldo solves the Juventus defensive puzzle (which isn't as strong away from home)...from a cross/corner
..header 1-0 nil

Juventus is forced to open up the game and can't 'manage' the game (their strong suit)... As the game weens on Marcelo starts his devestating bombing runs forward... Snakes in a pass which is put away by Ronaldo again 2-0 nil ..

Final 2-0 Real... Madrid become first modern day team to defend the CL crown.

Ronaldo is the deadliest #9 in the world right now... Much respect to gigi and co...legendary defense... But cr7 is on a mission

Despise both clubs. As a Bayern supporter, Madrid was gifted a sending off and 2 offside goals in the quarters Vs FC Bayern....that game was absolute schitt...Bayern had control of the game, knocking on the door of another away goal which would've completed a miracle come back and put it out of reach for the Spaniards.... But in comes the Ref to the rescue....**** that

I hope the team dressed like a ref crew will make them pay.

Genuinely, until Messi came along, I thought I'd never see a better player. Every time he stepped onto the pitch it was a blessing for the fans. An utter genius.

You must have not watched much champions league this year. All they've done is be the best road team in the tournament. And put up clean sheets.

I expect alves and Sandro to give the real defense fits
