McDowell's best fit is as 3-4 DE. Interesting pick by Seattle.

Makes sense, they used to have a lot of guys that fit a similar-ish profile. Red Bryant, Brandon Mebane, Tony McDaniel kinda. They've got fewer of those guys now, and McDowell physically is the real deal. Mentally who knows.

I like Williams more than Hooker as a deep safety. We'll see who does better in the NFL.

Falling well for Pats

30 picks to go 10+ Day 2 edge prospects remaining & still all Day 2 LB's

Saftey is deep as hell..

I heard this morning that draft viewership was up 20% on NFL*N over past years.

Hopefully that means ESPN is down that much.

I have normally watched the draft on ESPN but switched the the NFL*N this year because **** ESPN.

Eagles pick is interesting. Potentially a bargain.

Is Chidobe Awuzie still at the draft? I hope he is and doesn't get picked tonight. I've always wanted that to happen to a potential draftee and see how he reacts.

Pat's may not pick till 10 ish.

pm that is

Well, the dream of Sydney Jones is dead.

Jones gone. Would have liked to have traded up for him if he got to around pick 60.

Moreau, Awuzie and Quincy Wilson still available though.

And I have no interest in a trade up for Obi. Doesn't strike me as a natural football player - great measurables but doesn't play to them, too conservative, questionable instincts.

Well that solves that, thanks! Yeah not nice, but hey they're in the entertainment business. Entertain me!

Now I need to google some news about him and see how he took it.

A few minutes of draft coverage followed by what feels like endless advertisements. I'm suffering through NFLN's lag because ESPN's coverage was insufferable. Also, with the ability to superimpose ads, you'd think these dumb ****s would have worked out you can run ads and broadcast at the same time. No wonder digital is taking over.
