Yeah I think so...I love Mitchell too. I hoped the saints had gotten him. Maybe he will be in the slot, but idk how BB will move around JE. Cooks is very versatile and can catch EVERYTHING.

Garoppolo will be 29 years old when Brady's contract runs out. He made it 5.5 quarters before going down with an injury so I'm not sure a nearly 30 Garoppolo is the greatest succession plan.

He will be 27 years old when he is the starter for the Patriots. The only reason why I say that is because they are not trading him. There is no chance the Patriots would keep a back up QB instead of tons of draft capital. Unless of course the Pats trade him.

If I had to guess Brady plays 2017 and 2018 and JG is starting in 2019.. I don't know how but thats my guess.

And the trade had to go down this weekend because Cooks is due a bonus on Monday. If they planned for Butler to be part of the trade, they obviously realised he wouldn't be signing his tender this weekend.
