Too early? Not really. The Blindside came out in 2009, and the book it was based upon, the Michael Oher story was describing him during his college days.

So, nope it's not premature to have a movie based on you winning the Superbowl when you started your career in the pros as an undrafted free agent. That's an inspirational story worth telling. And this is 2 years after Superbowl 49.

There will also probably be a post-note to the movie that Butler was the starting CB for the Pats in their historic Superbowl 51 victory.

And I'm going to tell you this right now - Superbowl 51: The Comeback will definitely become a Hollywood movie as well.

It is just too good not to get retold. Just give it another year or so.
