Not sure why experts say Tom Brady has nothing left to prove

If Tom Brady retired today I think we can all agree this level of greatness will never be duplicated in our lifetimes and I am so glad I am witnessing the GOAT in my lifetime. There are experts who say Brady has nothing left to prove, but I disagree because there is one thing no NFL player has ever accomplished during their NFL stint: That yet to ever be obtained 6th ring.

The 5 ring club: Charles Haley / Tom Brady

The funny thing is, if Brady wins one more ring he will have as many rings as Montana and Peyton COMBINED!

If he never earns it, its fine. Though, that honor seems to only be possible in decades to come by one man: Tom Brady.

In some respects they are correct. TB is the GOAT QB.

Otherwise, we'll let TB tell us when he's ready to hang it up (so your team has a better chance).

Unless the league goes away from the salary cap and parity era, will any quarterback ever even play in five SBs again?

Who knows. Ben has 2. Had he won it this year he'd have 3. Eli will have 3 if they win again. Not far away from 4.

When you think of the winners of SBs in the past 10-15 years it's the same dudes. Brady, Ben, Manning x2. That's a lot of wins between just those guys.

The real difference is having a staff that can consistently pick at the bottom of every round, make shrewd trades and manage losing 2 first rounders in 9 years. Once most teams start making the playoffs and picking late, that's when it makes it hard to win consistently.

how about back to back 13 years apart..
Or 3 out of 4 13 years apart or 2 separate/different dynasties under 1 QB. The one thing I am sure of is that Brady will never be satisfied.

I completely endorse this position and more media identities should tell Tom Brady he has nothing left to prove. :D

If Tom Brady still has more to prove I'd like to know who doesn't.

Because they want him to go away.

Maybe. I mean Big Ben, Peyton Manning, and Kurt Warner went to 3 a piece, and Manning/Ben might have gone to more without Brady in the way.

I could see Wilson one day playing in 5 since he's almost halfway there and Rodgers seems to blow every chance to go back.

But nobody will win 5 again, or hopefully 6 or 7 by the time Tom is done.

Edit: whoops, Manning 's team went to 4 even though he **** the bed most of those games.
