There is some context missing. The NFL Films guys like to put scenes out of order to increase dramatic effect or to enhance a narrative. Who knows at what exact point this happened and what he was responding to. Rallying the troops also means to say the brutal truth when it is absolutely needed.

Fair points, luuked. I made that comment when I saw it in the first half segment but I saw a completely different Hightower in the second half with words of encouragement and stellar play.
