Not sure if this deserves its own thread but I heard on the radio today at Super Bowl sunday, Michael Smith talking to Dale and Holley. I did not hear the whole interview or whatever it was but he said "We are not stupid, we know New England Patriots fans are not happy with ESPN" I wonder how many viewers ESPN has lost in New England?

I am sort of paraphrasing his comment because I don't remember his exact wording but it was close to that.

Oh the irony.

They sit pretty much just on the other side of the NY/Boston divide (they're basically in Southington rather than Bristol), and they chose to side with NYC, so they get what they get.

The ONLY time I watch FESPN is if either the Patriots, or Alabama is playing and FESPN is the only station I can watch the game through. otherwise, they are dead to me.

ten years ago i use to watch ESPN all the time. now i only watch when i have to. if the sox are on sun night or the pats are on mon night i watch. that's it. i don't miss any of it. i hope they continue to hemorrhage viewers. i wish people on here would stop posting ESPN ****.

Remember who owns ESPN.

I don't give a...

I already did a complete workup detailing the cross pollination of executives from Disney and ESPN complete with hard copy quotes showing a severe bias against Tom Brady and his "lifestyle". It has to be 8 or 9 years now, long before you joined this site We know all about Disney and their malignant intentions.

ESPN, according to news reports, lost literally millions of viewers last year. The network was greatly responsible for the deflation debacle gaining traction a couple of years ago. On top of that, they somehow find ways to unnecessarily politicize sports. The loss of viewership of NFL games can be almost entirely attributed to ESPN and Roger Goodell.

ESPN was once a great network for sports and entertainment. The network now seems more interested in creating controversies where none exist so that they'll have something to scream about on their endless number of news and talk shows.

I would love to read that. Is it still available?

I can't say that i hate ESPN. I do not watch anything on ESPN unless it's one of my teams that happen to get stuck with the bturds.
I don't subscribe to any of their social media crap either.

I thought Disney only had pornographic and satanic subliminal messages... but you mean to tell me they're behind ESPN????

That's it. There's a limit.
