Don't know who that quote is from, but being part of a SB team is not the criteria which make a coach/player/trainer/staff/fan a winner, or part of the Patriots. Even if it were, then you may include every member of the 1976 team which had the trophy stolen from them in unprecedented and unrepeated fashion.

Clearly, Kraft does not intend to exclude or denigrate anybody, nor does he intend to insult anyone, nor does he intend to breed ignorant opinions and beliefs in total falsehoods amongst the uneducated. He's not the only owner to behave like the planet did not exist before his ownership; but lifelong loyal fans of the team are entitled to at least take exception to it.

Thanks, Rick has always been a class act...even when interviewed at the end of our disastrous '81 season...remember a 90+ yard pick six he made.

He left Pats after '84 season. Others, like Grogan, do not feel included by current ownership, which is reflected in team's HOF selection process, and absence of any recognition at all during this past season's fortieth anniversary of the team that remains not only a top Patriots team, but among the best of any teams all time.
