I Guarantee you when BB and Tommy's teammate s and coaches saw or heard this, they stood on chairs, applauded and whooped(figuratively), (damn, maybe literally too).

I'm not a lawyer so I could use some help on this: Is it possible/probable that Brady Jr will go after Fraudger and his 32 bosses after he's done playing? And if he does, would Brady Sr's public comments matter?

There are limitation periods, but those may be potentially reset each time Goodell opens up his mouth about it again.

This is not TB Senior on the low road. Goodell already cleared, plowed, graded, paved, put in flyovers, on/off ramps - a picture perfect low road.
Anyone who has a daughter or son knows how TB senior feels. This was TB Senior emoting from seeing his child harmed/railroaded by Goodell and his henchmen (TB being the proxy for BB).

As fans of the BB era we should all know the value in few words but great strategy.

And it's way too simplistic to look at this as simply a father defending a son, it makes it seem like you're saying he'll do anything, including lying, to defend his son, when to me it's clear he's telling the absolute truth.

The best way to look at it is that Brady Sr is telling us what TB12 would say if could get away with it. Luckily for us Brady Sr is doing so, and he can get away with it.

By saying that Goodell is devoid of ethics, he's just saying the same thing all of us have been saying for a long time now. The difference is that others should listen to it since he's definitely in TB12's inner circle, but saying it's just a father defending a son weakens the chances that others will listen.
