Wonder if he would have survived here had Pittsburgh not matched the Pats' offer back in 2013? He has the talent certainly, but this and other instances make me wonder if he would have been a fit attitude-wise. I also found it telling that the Pats never made an offer to him or tried to get him here in FA in 2014 before he signed with the Broncos; they went after LaFell first. Was that just timing, or did something about the process and its aftermath leave a sour taste in the Pats' mouths?

Sanders & Thomas are absolutely soft. BOTH of them dove for the ground as soon as it appeared they were going to get hit. You'd think they never played in cold weather before. Did Malcolm actually say he shut down Sanders? I doubt it. He let his play do the talking. On to the Jests!

He's really chirping after not doing anything for 42 minutes in the game and one of his catches came when the Pats were trading yards for seconds with a minute to go?

Sieman dropped back 44 times, Sanders had 3 catches for 48 yards. He got shut down. Also maybe he should take it up with CBS because they are the ones that put the video package together of Butler sticking him in his back pocket.

For real - I hope the Pats pay Butler this offseason. I want him even over Hightower. He's the best example I can possibly think of of "The Patriot Way" - literally no one but NE even knew who he was and now he's shutting down elite receivers. And he hits like a MAC truck. He's incredible. Pay the man.

Further, this secondary really is starting to excite me because it feels like a "rebirth" of the 2014 secondary. Butler is the new Revis and Rowe is the new Browner, with Ryan being Arrington I suppose. Ryan may be gone next year but hopefully they can keep him.

Funny how the elite receivers in this league, Antonio Brown and OBJ had nothing but praise for Butler and he for them as well after competing against each other compared to ES complaining.......

I must admit... the Bronco message boards are less fun then some of the other teams after a meltdown. (Bills, Jets are the two best by far)

The Bronco board they get all mad, but the real meltdown fans are I think East Coast teams. Cowyboys fans seem mellow, Broncos meltdown a little, Steelers fans meltdown but are very self critical of their own team.

The Bills board is my favorite. Jets very close second.

EDIT: I like the Colts board too after a good Luck meltdown
