Starting early since one decision that preoccupied the board has reportedly been made ..

If the pats and Titans win, my weekend will have been great.

Right now 8:30 AM in addition to the high altitude the temp is 59 where I am in NJ, 52 in Foxborough and 2 degrees in Denver. Cold and high altitude get the oxygen ready tough to breath I know I have skied Colorado easier in Denver but not easier than here.

Go Pats

Floyd will not play today inactive

Lets enjoy the anxiety and anticipation of this one.. will be almost a month until we can feel it again and then there are no redo's.

Floyd inactive but can gain valuable experience along the sideline listening and watching how the offense operates........a bit expensive lesson but he would have been paid anyhow even if he stayed behind at Gillette...

I'm pregaming with vodka. Tequila will get into the game around kickoff.

Also, not surprised to see Floyd isn't playing. Most of the mediot discussion is centering on the inability of the OL last year to stop the pass rush. Cannon's play is probably going to surprise a few people...or so we hope.

Nice! It's a 5:25pm kickoff where I live which means I typically have a few beer starting around 3:30-ish then onto the dark and dirties around kickoff.

Yes let's just keep bringing up the AFCC in regards to the broncos DL vs Brady and let's ignore the regular season game where that DL was kept at bay for the most part. Stupid mediots.

It was a f*cking anomaly performance, aided by two injured OT, ****ty Josh Kline and a C tipping the snap and the broncos pass rushers being offside and it not getting called.

And the hilarious thing is even with that bad OL performance had Gostkowski made the XP or Belichick sends out the FG unit instead of going for it on 4th down Pats probably win that game.

Tequila is one liquor I do not care for

I'l be watching Butler and Rowe closely-Malcolms got the hip injury and Rowe the hammy. If those two are at 90% or better, this game will be a blowout. Thats a big if. I know Malcolm is as tough as they come. Pats will win either way, but if those two are hobbled, it will be a closer game. I would expect denver to test them early.

The game will be a blowout OT if those guys are healthy? Quite the stretch. Game could go a number of different ways.

I would like to see the Pats own this game start to finish, just handle the Broncos, doesn't have to be a blowout but just own it. Im 22 miles from the stadium, its 13 degrees here and 7 in Denver, it looks to be about 28 degrees by game time, 15 by 6PM. It isn't like the Pats dont play in cold weather, something I have had to continually remind broncos fans this week. Ill take the dry cold here over the NE cold anytime!

Also, the altitude, some guys it affects and some it doesn't. There is no rule for it, no rule to getting acclimated as it varys person to person.

This is a bad matchup for Denver. Pats dominate almost every matchup. Broncos suck running and Pats D one of best stopping the run. If healthy. Pats starting CBS are very good. If they're out or hobbled, that's the only thing Denver can try to exploit. Meanwhile Denver one if worst rushing D's in nfl- pats one of best rushing offenses. Pats strong ol. Je11, hogan, Mitchell, Bennet, lewis. How is it a stretch?

Uh, why are we rooting for the Titans over KC? KC helps us in any tiebreak over Oakland. The Patriots could lose today, win the next 2, and as long as KC wins, Patriots still get the #1 bye.

Good point. Both CBs are questionable, and Rowe hasn't had a full practice in a couple of weeks. So the first indication will be whether they dress. I expect Denver will be heavily pass oriented, and will be looking for the big play. Our safeties will have to take that away, and the front 7 will handle the weak rushong game.

I still feel like it'll be close. I mean we were in a tight game with the Jets a few weeks back. Think it'll come down to the very end and talent will win out.
