And yet somehow this logic didn't apply to Garoppolo after his injury.

I can't figure out if this is sarcasm so I couldn't decide if I should be sarcastic. Lol.

It has to be sarcasm, anything else would be to idiotic to contemplate.

Only if he struggles majorly next few games.

Meh. Kraft isn't so great either. While he learned his lesson about interfering in the Parcells/Bobby Grier era, he's been way too supportive of Fraudger Goodell and the unity of "the 32" at the expense of his star player and his team's fans.

Yes, I know, but imagine if he tried to tell BB who to play on Sundays....

I agree on some level. My wife is a die hard fan, so I end up following them much more than I should.

While Prescott may be succeeding as a game manager with a franchise RB, one could argue that Romo could help run that offense more efficiently when the opposition stacks the box like the Giants did tonight.

This, plus other teams are starting to get a good library of film on Dak now.

I dont know if anyone has listend to the fake jerry and fake wade show. i just found out today. its hilarious!

I've listened many a time locally in Dallas to 1330 AM to the fake Jerry Jones. He would call a coach you are familiar with as "Bill Personals"

Randy Galloway retired recently, and I miss him. A lot of his 40 years in North Texas sports media was needling "Boss Hog" (who "Red Jesus" reports to.) In his big Texas drawl, he simply said the game is: "all about the QB!" Who does Randy think the best QB is?

In his heavy Texas drawl:
TOM FREAKING BRADY!!!

I would, yes. But I would've put Romo in a few weeks ago when he was ready to go again. Dallas' ceiling is lower with Prescott, and as often happens with rookies it's looking like he's either hit a wall or the game tape has revealed some flaws that are being exploited. When an offense with that line and that RB is converting <10% of its third downs, the only possible explanation is that the QB just isn't getting the job done.

I know it's fashionable to hate on Romo, but behind this line, with Zeke running the ball like he is, and with Dez, Beasley, Witten, Dunbar and Williams in the passing game, a healthy Romo would have this team playing even better than it has been. It's on the Cowboys to figure out if Romo can stay healthy and get back to his previous level of play, but they haven't done that and now it might be too late but you have to at least try.

If a 12-4 one and done is what they set out looking to accomplish this year, then sticking with Dak was a great way to accomplish that. If they want to win a Super Bowl, they should try the QB who over the past few years has been one of the few true elites when healthy.

I have to come out of the closet.

Not only am I a recovering Cowboy, I am also a recovering Romosexual.

Dak's "struggling" came from Dez giving up on a ball, then Dez fumbling on a run of the mill hit in an attempt to drive to tie. Zeke ran for 100+, again.

The giants succeded in creating pressure in the passing game. Sound familiar?

If Dallas locks up the one seed, id honestly think it wise for Dallas to give Romo a few snaps if things start looking like a blow out, either way.

I'm afraid that I lack the mental and judgmental deficits that I would need to get into Jerruh's mind and figure out what he might or might not do. Therefore, I regretfully have to take a pass on answering the question posed by the OP.

No more Romo for the cowboys.
