This is the same John Harbaugh who cried like a school girl when Belichick out smarted him by deceptive substitution.

Now imagine if Belichick pulled the bush league move Harbaugh made yesterday, by having his entire offensive line hold, so that the clock would run out & they would take a safety.

The Belichick haters would say he was cheating again. Those same fools call Harbaugh's move smart.

Offsetting penalties aren't defensive penalties. They're nothing. And clock isn't restored after offsetting penalties, so the game would be over.
