You absolutely cannot tell whether he's in or not with those replay angles.

They keep not showing the side camera shot. looked like hand down, ball crosses, elbow down to me.

the thing is, i don't think the reffs would have called it on the bungle player, they would have let it slid like they did all the other times cincy pushed, or shoved a patriot player.

OL is a major concern....definitely did their job better in 2nd half.....but overall run blocking sucks
