They need to dominate on the opening drive of the 2nd half. End the Browns' hope.

Half time thoughts:

1. Brady has been everything and more against a pretty bad Cleveland defense.

2. It's almost like the defense needs to concede a TD against an opponent just to see what they are doing, and THEN they pretty much shut them down. I won't be happy if the defense allows 7 points in the 2nd half. Poor Cleveland is down to their 4th QB

3. We won't see a true test of where this team is until they play Cinci.

4. Good protection so far

5. Liked my AJ Foster sighting. But White has done his best running of his career today.

6. Negatives were the slow start for the defense and the miss on the GL

DJ Foster.

I want this at least into the 40s and no more points for them

I'm thinking BB wants to give Gostowski a chance to try and evaluate him in the process.
This is a great chance to let Gost kick on grass, on the road. Good experience which he can learn from.

i just hope we throw more, sick of these edge runs by blount. the browns stink, let tom continue to get into rhythm with his receivers!

more gronk!

Exactly why would you send him out on potentially risky routes if the game is essentially over ?

Give him some looks in the redzone but no reason to risky anything whatsoever..

by your logic, gronk shouldn't practice since he hurt his hamstring during practice.

DaBruinz needs to get his facts straight lol you just owned him.

I love when people who crawl out of the woodwork and have gotten schooled because they showed that they don't know wtf they are talking about then go out of their way to prove themselves right on a totally different topic. As if that changes the fact they were talking out their ass earlier.

Rule 8, Section 4, Article 3:
ARTICLE 3. ILLEGAL CONTACT BEYOND FIVE-YARD ZONE. Beyond the five-yard zone, if the player who receives the snap remains in the pocket with the ball, a defender cannot initiate contact with a receiver who is attempting to evade him. A defender may use his hands or arms only to defend or protect himself against impending contact caused by a receiver.

Butler didn't initiate the contact.. The Browns receiver did by trying to go through Butler on the pass.

Rule 8, Section 5,
ARTICLE 2. PROHIBITED ACTS BY BOTH TEAMS WHILE THE BALL IS IN THE AIR.
Acts that are pass interference include, but are not limited to:
(a) Contact by a player who is not playing the ball that restricts the opponent’s opportunity to make the catch;
(b) Playing through the back of an opponent in an attempt to make a play on the ball;
(c) Grabbing an opponent’s arm(s) in such a manner that restricts his opportunity to catch a pass;
(d) Extending an arm across the body of an opponent, thus restricting his ability to catch a pass, and regardless of whether the player committing such act is playing the ball;
(e) Cutting off the path of an opponent by making contact with him, without playing the ball;
(f) Hooking an opponent in an attempt to get to the ball in such a manner that it causes the opponent’s body to turn prior to the ball arriving; or 34 Rule 8, Section 4
(g) Initiating contact with an opponent by shoving or pushing off, thus creating a separation in an attempt to catch a pass.

We'll agree to disagree that Butler "extended his arm across the body of an opponent" since he was running downfield and the receiver got both hands up..

Not sure why the panic talk, CLE has their 4th string QB. This game is over.

**** this NFL* !

I want TB and the Pats to put a major hurting on Goodell's enterprise, but it's too bad Cleveland had to be the first team in the way as TB returns, they haven't been the bad guys in any of this.

Mike Lombardi nailed it, said Brady wouldn't be rusty.

It could now be a head thing with gost. He'll have to work out of it and get his confidence back.

Happy to see evaluation process of the back part of the roster going on while marching to 4-1 ..
