It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Dobson made a big catch over the middle last game. The emergence of Mitchell was more than likely the swan song for Dobson. If he doesn't get traded, he's going to get cut. Long, laundry list of injuries to go along with the fact that he fears contact going over the middle, doesn't fight for the ball, and may not be that passionate about the game.
Sounds like Dobson is a goner. Him doing well in preseason is good for his stock though. Maybe we can get back the 5th round pick with shipped out for Mingo.
Perhaps amendola is healthy, but I'd rather see him start on pup and give us a midseason boost. Let Dobson play for a few weeks with Jimmy G.
Why do you hate Jimmy G?
Some people here were worried about our outside threat without Dobson making that the main argument for his stay. Here is a nice article projecting and explaining Hogan's predominant role as outside WR:
Why WR Chris Hogan will be the breakout star of the year
We saw great glimpse of this @CAR. With Mitchell showing great back up potential there's not much space for Dobson there.
I really hope Edelman, Hogan, Bennett and Gronk stay healthy. Id like to enjoy them under TB fire.
If we can establish half decent running game these 4 & Brady could be majestic!
Hmm...
So getting separation is a bad thing?
He has all the tools its frustrating he plays like hes 5ft3 instead of 6ft3.So getting separation is a bad thing?
