Yr. 1————Adjusts to NFL, improves, shows great promise at end of season then Ray Horton, Chud, Norv are fired after one year with no running back.
Yr. 2———-"Disappoints" moralizing coaching staff because he tackles poorly with one arm taped to his side due to shoulder injury that should have IR’ed him.
Yr. 3———-"Disappointed" coaching staff punishes him by only allowing him to cover passes and never rush passer which is what he was drafted for.
Yr. 4———-Front office realizes that this honest, loyal, brave and talented kid has been so badly treated here he will undoubtedly leave in 2017 so they trade him.

The nice thing is that hes been exposed to a few different positions and responsibilities but he earns his pay by going after the QB.

I worry that with all the coaching changes and the mis use, he has not had a chance to develop as a pass rusher. I hope that is not the case. Hope we see this kid with a hand in the dirt 99 percent of the time. His first step is unreal

Seems like Shea McClellin isn't working out so well as the 3rd LB. Ninko was getting more reps at this position than Shea, most likely out of necessity. Can't fault Ninko or the coaching staff for flexing his position versatility, but its hard to imagine him dropping back into coverage effectively. Plus, the injuries to him and Freeney might be lingering longer than expected.
