Technically true...but not in this case. Not to get political but I think Trayvon Martin could be an example of this where they made the right decision based on evidence but, justice is debatable.

The question is, does Brady have any more fight in him. IF his lawyers are telling him that it's worth fighting further and he has a good chance to get it overturned, he will continue to fight it.

He's a tough man, I don't know if this was happening to me, if I could deal with this anymore, if this was me, I'd tell the NFL to **** off, and I'd retire right now. But that's just me and how my personality is. Brady has WAY more class than I have ever had. He's a good man, a great ambassador for the game, and he's getting screwed over royally. I don't think I can hate a person more than I hate Roger Goodell. He is such a corrupt disgusting human being, and deserves 10x worse than what he is putting Brady through.

my preference here would honestly be to just drop any further appeals but have Brady...FINALLY...get up front on the charges out in the press.

it would do a lot to have him sit down with bob costas or someone and just rubbish the whole thing convincingly. i have to feel like he hasn't done that yet because he's had an eye on the legal process so lets take this back to the court of public opinion

I'm pissed off about this and hope he continues to fight, however if he does have to serve the suspension, I can't be the only one excited about a fired up, well rested Brady coming back!! I hope they run up the score on every team and embarrass these owners that helped make this non thing a huge story and ruined Bradys reputation in the process. In the docket I saw there was no reason. Just basically says "we heard the appeal, we heard and considered the request for en banc, and the request is denied."

The consequences are a lot more broad than article 146. The precedent this case sets makes things like notice, impartial arbitration and a fair process almost meaningless. The Law of Shop has become the Law of ****.
