Interesting to note that the NHLPA has quoted NFL v. NFLPA/Brady as the primary basis for their motion to dismiss a filing the NHL placed against them.

I know the chances of the USSC taking on this case are nil, but we are certainly seeing CA2's ruling being brought into arena beyond the NFL and ball inflation levels.
