I thought facts wouldn't matter. Judge Chin says that the NFL have the right to make any rulingthey want with no need to base it on facts or fairness? Why not have Ted Wells or the firm he represents be the primary arbitrator? Or would that be Arbitraitor?

Goodell previously claimed that that "the closest parallel" for what Brady did is "steroid use;" therefore the discipline should be handled according to the previously established PED policy; in reference to the CBA: "In terms of the appropriate level of discipline, the closest parallel of which I am aware is the collectively bargained discipline imposed for a first violation of the policy governing performance enhancing drugs..."

So, by Goodell's own warped-logic; isn't he essentially making the statement that there should be a neutral arbitrator for Deflategate?

Well since ****-brick decided that deflating footballs is equivalent to steroid-use it should have gone to a neutral arbitrator as well.

Vincent is part of goodell's goon squad who's responsibilty was to issue punishments. He was not the arbitrator whose job is to handle appeals.
