Yeah...don't see that working. But, hey not my money go for it bro.

At least the Patriots' fan complaint is meritorious, but sadly no standing.

It's still laughable, and even if there was a leg to stand on I hope they lose. I don't want the precedent set that the courts are going to start deciding how a sports league is run on such a granular level. Getting involved in a possible breach of labor law is one thing. This is frivolous and I want no association with it via my chosen fanbase.

I don't see it going anywhere but still find it humorous that the NFL lawyers are going to have to waste any time on it. lol

Yeah sounds nice but no way in Hell is it very logical lol

Of course it isn't.

What's worse is that when the case gets tossed, it's going to be ammunition for the haters.

"See! Even a court in New England says that the Pats are guilty."

Although I know it will go nowhere, I don't agree that it's frivolous, I won't use the right words but it's a group of owners (31 others) forcing a non competitive situation of their competitor. No different that one auto parts store being able to competitively hurt another auto parts store by, say, not allowing them to have a certain piece of machinery or whatever.

So, we want the monopoly of the NFL to be declared null and void (an end to the league) and we want courts to decide the fairness of rules of all sports leagues. Sounds like a plan, NOT!

Can the judge dismiss it, but still call Goodall a liar anyway please. The judge on appeal for Ray Rice didn't hold back...

a) Yes I do want the end to the league.
b) Yes I do want one group of owners (31 in this case) to not be able to engage in unfair labor practices against another (1 in this case).

IAMAL but I see no way the theft of a top draft pick (just because) isn't an unfair labor practice.
