My friend the bookie informed me that most, if not all, of the profits he makes for the year come during football season. He dropped 300K at the Mirage in Vegas and didn't blink an eye.

I fully agree with you, but honestly--I'd have never in a million years bet NE giving those points on the road, especially with Edelman out. I don't really even have a bookie per se, I use the online sportsbook with small wagers so I know that I'm not going to lose too much.

No doubt about football season being the money season, though! They love the autumn/winter.

Opposing teams don't need extra motivaton against the Patriots, it's their Superbowl they always play the Patriots harder than they do other teams. Besides he's the GOAT and it's in all good fun. As others have stated he did it all last year and we ended up champs.

I wonder if they're going to put Gronk out there even if he's not 100%. This game is very important for seeding because the Bengals lost to the Texans..

If we win out then we're guaranteed a second seed. If the Bengals beat the Broncos then we upgrade to the first seed instead.

I'm confident that the Steelers will beat either the Broncos or the Bengals, if not both, however.
