I'm not sure I totally get it.

Is he implying that because of 70mph winds, he thinks his team can kick the Pat's ass?

Shocking the Bills won yesterday in a way, as Ryan was something like 2-18 following a win. Now he's got 2 wins in a row, and 4 more days than usual to tell his players how wonderful they are. Perfect for the Pats, really.

I think if people actually listened to Rex they'd realize he actually reveres the Patriots. Of course he likes to compete against them, it's a sign of respect. He may be a ridiculous person but he deeply respects the program in Foxboro.
