For all that we call media guys "backers" and "haters," when it comes to the actual color & play-by-play guys, they're all rooting in the same direction: for a tight, well-played, exciting game. Yawners like the Pats-Dolphins game make the broadcasters' jobs mighty hard. So yes, they want Peyton to find the fountain of youth for one night.

While I agree there's too much whining about the announcers, the "hah Peyton made one good throw he's back!" Gets old. Otherwise those two are great when they aren't rehashing framegate again....

Honestly, I'd never want to play the Broncos or any team for which TJ Ward plays. He only knows how to tackle one way and that's down at the knees. I'm surprised he has not blown out more knees or ended more careers.
