My issue with Peyton isn't so much with Peyton it's with how much he's been lauded and adored his entire career like Curran says. Even with this game they'll say that he's just too old. It's never Peyton's fault, but Peyton is a nice enough guy, mentally weak, hit or miss on his commercials. If people weren't calling him the greatest ever and being Peyton apologists he might not have had so much pressure on his shoulders and might have won a few championships.

Note to Kubiak: Manning can't run bootlegs. He can barely run, period. Running bootlegs with Peyton is even dumber than trying to run them with Brady (which, note, Belichick/McDaniels pretty much never do).

without bootleg ,kubiak doesnt know what to call. These old OC's are very rigid with their system unlike BB who keeps changing the system every 2-3 yrs.

Yup, that would be a relevant point if Brady had looked equally inept in his previous 5 games, spanning two seasons. With Brady it was a one-game aberration. Even his 'bad' games from week 1-3 last year looked downright awesome compared to Manning over the last 5-6 games.
