Incredible Range By Harmon on Big Ben INT Thurs Night

No that was the much maligned Bradley Fletcher

I am hoping the best for Fletcher, hopefully with better coaching he excels in NE.

Looks like he clearly cheated on that play. Rangegate.

Cheating or not it was definitely illegal and unsportsmanlike. Harmon knew that ball was not intended for him but ran over and caught it anyways, it doesn't get lower than that. That's the kind of crap Belichick has been teaching his players for years and it's sickening. He has the big guys interfering with defenders who are just trying to do their jobs and tackle the guy with the ball, and he had the guy with the ball trying to evade the guys trying to tackle him, or he has his cheater QB pretend to give them the ball and then throw to a guy who is much bigger or quicker than the poor guy trying to make sure he doesn't catch the ball. The fact of the matter is that Belichick has been doing this stuff for years, and I have no doubt he told Harmon that he did a " good job " after he stole that ball, that's the kind of scumbag Cheater coach he is.

Bad play by Ben. You can see Harmon running to that side from the snap. Ben must have been looking to that side all the way. Not to mention tight man coverage what was he thinking?

Yup - you're exactly right. Ben was staring the receiver down!

BTW, I love how Michaels erroneously calls it that Ben threw into "double coverage". Yeah, I guess it was "double coverage" if you mean that one guys was covering the receiver and the other guy ran half the field over to pick off the pass......

Or maybe he saw him so far away and thought he could get it there in time. Either way good play.

And I have it on good background that Belichick spends a considerable amount of time having the team actually practice this stuff.

Great play by Harmon.

BUT isn't the MCI a professional? Son, screen record, do five minutes of editing in Premiere Pro CC ($60 license YOU CAN EXPENSE) highlighting Harmon, airdrop it to your phone then post on IG. Effort, MCI, effort.

But why put effort into it if he can still get out 80% of his message with 20% of the work?

I seriously wonder how he got where he is. In three years I have not read anything remotely interesting that was created by him. He seems to cut corners constantly and is not even a good observer of the game of football.

Legit. It's largely why brands like Vice are beating the brakes off the old media outlets right now. For whatever reason they are far better at finding passionate, inspired talent than businesses who pay far better. Compare MCI to Fightland's Jack Slack or even Bedard and it is mind blowing how the guy actually has a job.

Bad play by Ben.

I think it's a little of both. Clearly Ben had to see Harmon right from the start and must have thought that Harmon could get into the play. Also it seems by watching the receiver that Ben was supposed to get the ball at least another 5 yards deeper than he did.
