Yep. More points, more first downs, more yards and more time of possession.Very surprised he said it. I totally believe it though.
I've always believed Gronk was a difference maker, but he has shown to be even more valuable than I had ever thought. Truth is : even is that Gronk is one of those "once in a lifetime transcendent players" that is MORE than worth the 2nd rounder even if he is injured (please no, please no) half of his career. Because when he is out there - the team is not the same. Opponents fear him. He changes the game plan on both sides.
Yeah, it's surprising. Not something he would ever acknowledge close to a game, but I guess in the environment of that interview he felt comfortable speaking honestly.I agree. It's just that this is the closest hes ever come to using an injury as an excuse for not winning.
I don't want him to retire but when he does, I want him to write a book. I'll be first in line to get it. From leaving the Jests, to Bledsoe to Lawyer Malloy, Logan Mankins , Ron Borges, all the SB's and all the off-field stuff etc. I want the unvarnished truth. I can handle the truth.
Not just a book he should write an entire encyclopedia.I don't want him to retire but when he does, I want him to write a book. I'll be first in line to get it. LOL, I can't believe I forgot Spygate. Not only that but touching on Kensil, Goody, Spygate and what he really thinks of people.
That would be worth the money for the book alone.
