I'm really impressed by him. Yes he still needs a better feel in the pocket (something he'll learn) and there'll be teething troubles but I really do believe he can be an effective to good long-term NFL starter.

Harper has done enough tonight that I will be watching him for the remainder of preseason. I'm starting to want to root for him like I did Butler around this time last preseason. Yeah, I'm patting my own back just a bit. LOL
