Kraft has put Brady in a difficult situation and I do not envy him. His boss who pays his salary and who he sees every day and has developed a close relationship, has shown the path for the team is to take one for the NFL by accepting the league's process and penalties. Brady, the leader of the team, has his suspension to consider, his reputation, as well as the interests of every player represented by the NFLPA. From what I have seen, Brady is a far more principled man than his boss, but if he pursues litigation his relationship with his boss may never be the same. This is really just the begining of the unfortunate fallout of Kraft's momentous decision on Black Tuesday that will be with his franchise as long Kraft himself.
