Actually they probably didn't even have bail set yet because NY allows for them to be held overnight.

So hear is the story. They went down and asked if they could speak to someone who could answer some questions. They were denied and El Pres started getting a little loud. They asked the barstool guys to leave and they said they would not and sat down and cuffed themselves to eachother on the floor. At which point the security called the police on them. Police got there and asked them to leave and said if they did not they would be charged with resisting too and so they left with the cops. Apparently they have been denied bail.

This was being streamed and I assume there will be plenty of video of this put up on their web site once they are freed.
