And don't forget that Miami is the concensus pick for best team in the divi... oh sorry, I'm a year late.
I see us finishing no better than tied for second and struggling for a wild card. We've slightly improved our receiver corps, the linebackers are falling apart, one safety is old and in the way, and the new one is packing. We'll be too cheap to pay Asante Samuel like he is Nate Clements. Never heard of Warren or Wilfork, and if you look at the stats, Seymour is overrated (how many sacks did he rack up? And you call that a DE?)
Also, Belichick's defense is just an elaborate scheme to disguise his own team's weaknesses and exploit the other team's. Brady does nothing but win big games and consistently lead the team to victory, and never threw 30 touchdowns, never mind 49. Corey Dillon's gone, and that Moroni guy is always injured and only ran for like 700 yards last year. I wish we got Addai and Bush, but we were too cheap.
Man, I wish we could have drafted a stud receiver like Mike Williams or Charles Rogers, but the Lions always get all those guys, so we have to make do with other peoples trash like Stallworth and Gaffney and Caldwell and Washington and Welker and Troy Brown, who is 189 years old.
Let's face it, this group is hopeless, just hopeless on draft day. God, I wish Matt Millen worked for this organization, or we had a Dan Snyder writing the checks.
